Yes, but fortunately very rare. Itching in vagina is only a symptom of vagina if it is associated with

  2. Pain
  3. Discomfort while passing urine
  4. Long-standing vaginal symptoms
  5. Symptoms not responding to usual medication
  6. If there is a pimple, sore, ulcer or lump down there
