Ginger
The ginger represents a decongestant and antihistamine. It includes antibacterial characteristics that are relieving your chest and throat congestion because they dry out the phlegm and dispose of it. You can eat 3-4 slices of ginger each day, or you can likewise consume some ginger tea.
Things necessary:
- 2 cups water
- 1 tsp honey
- 6-7 slices ginger
- 1 tsp black peppercorns
