7. Turmeric
- Turmeric is a great anti-inflammatory spice for your liver.
- You can add it to rice with some lean meat or even infuse it with a little honey, you will have a detoxifying remedy for a sensational liver.
8. Beetroot and raisin remedy for the liver
- This is a natural remedy, which is good for your liver.
- It will help you lose some weight and provide a good dose of vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants.
- You need ingredients such as 2½ cup of water (625 ml); 2 ½ cups of beetroot (300 g); ½ cup of raisins (65 g); the juice of 2 lemons.
- You need to bring the water to a boil. Then, cut the beetroot into small cubes.
- When it reaches a boil, remove the water from the heat.
- Add the raisins and beetroot, then cover the pot and allow to cool for 45 minutes.
- Then put the contents into a blender and mix well until you achieve a smooth, creamy consistency.
- Squeeze the lemons and add the juice to the mixture and stir a little.
- You should drink this remedy in the morning, 5 days in a row.
