1.Baking soda with lemon or grapefruit juice
Ingredients:
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/2 cup organic lemon juice or grapefruit
Instructions:
Include the baking soda into a glass of water, and stir it until dissolved. After that, add the lemon or the grapefruit juice. You should drink it every morning, immediately after you wake up! After 20 minutes, you should eat your breakfast.
