3.Baking soda as a sport drink
Choosing baking soda instead of sports drink full of sugar can be beneficial. Your exercise performance can improve, and it will be more helpful if your workout is on a more high-intensity level.
Ingredients:
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon Himalayan salt
- 2 tablespoons of lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon of organic honey
- 2 cups of coconut water
Instructions:
The first thing what you need to do is: on low flame heat the coconut water and mix the baking soda in it, wait until it is softened. Ater that, mix the rest of the ingredients into the coconut water, the next step is to pour the final mixture to a bottle, and it is done. Easy as that!
