5. Buddha Tooth Temple

The buddha tooth temple is a highly sacred place. This is a sacred relic of Sri Lanka to the buddha tooth temple that is also located on the temple of sam name of this city Kandy. A tooth one four teeth were cremated after the death of buddha was transported to India from these islands in 373. This temple is also is in UNESCO world heritage sites. The tooth is credited with magical powers detractors that have repeatedly tried to destroy it.

4. Adam’s Peak

Thats is a name off mountains thats are located on the western part of these islands. The height of this peeks is 2245meters. At the top of this peak, there is a small Buddhist temple which is considered to be those places that are scared. From the top of this peak, you can see a large “footprint” on the surface of this rock. Similiar outlines to the footprints of the human foot. Climbing here is quite difficult but every year there are thousands of pilgrims and tourists are overcome to this route.
